their rooms are always quiet and well-appointed with aircon, balcony, for example. the setting is perfect and reasonably priced, close enough to fhe tourist areas where u will be easy to be disturbed by tours/cars/tickets, hoan kiem lake, and the airport, great area. also, it's located 2 km from a massive mosque.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to a deluxe room. The staff went above and beyond, allowing us to check-in early and even purchasing medicine for me when I fell ill. The breakfast may not have been a buffet, but the ability to order from a menu and have unlimited servings was beyond convenient. The central location allowed me to reach the night market within a short 10-minute walk. Lastly, the staff recommended affordable local eateries nearby that offered mouth-watering dishes.
